From the main entrance you must take a curving escalator and then find your way to the check in desk. We had some initial difficulty in finding hotel parking and the check in desk is located on the 3rd floor level. It is conveniently located on the Sky Train network and offers direct access to the Vancouver airport. We had originally found this resort purely by accident while touring Vancouver a few years previous. We stayed for 2 nights, May 24 and 25th 2012.
